A caveat - 

Make sure that any "kid's events" flyers, etc. do NOT promise:
1) Any special services
2) Even make a HINT that we are baby-sitting
3) Or any hints that we are "freeing up" parents and guardians to wander off

Also, we should use the flyer to re-list any parental guidelines we have in the conbook, as well as any helpful warnings the Sheraton might provide in their literature, information or contracts.

We've seen "convention orphans" before. Let's make sure we are discouraging lousy/lazy parenting, and covering ourselves, legally, if any poorly supervised kid has a mishap or does something destructive.
