[Deptheads] Event Editing Day/Times is Broken

Well, it was supposed to be locked this past weekend BECAUSE THE CON  
BOOK HAS TO GO TO PRESS!!!!!!

Actually, I think events can still be added, but they were supposed to  
be finalized by now.
