[Deptheads] Event Editing Day/Times is Broken

I understand that events have gone to press ­ but you know how it it:
Volunteer comes forward, updates the description, etc.  I thought we would
want to be able to keep the web sight as up to date as possible up the the
actual event itself.

Procrastinators of the world unite!!
