[Deptheads] Event Submissions

Just to clarify, this is true of all events in all depts. LARPs just happens to have the smallest number of events, so it's more noticeable, so getting that first event up is very important. Ideally, every dept would have at least one event up within 1 or 2 weeks of the previous con.

All depts, confirmed events should be submitted immediately.
Details (typically descriptions) should be entered ASAP, but can be as late as the conbook submission deadline (just don't make a habit of it).

Helps Tim with event space organization.
Helps me get special events linked to.
Helps dept heads and Tim better determine when more events are needed, or if a time is saturated for their dept or the con in general.
Helps potential participants get a better idea of what is offered sooner.
