[Deptheads] Library Reserve Events; my e-mail for Kryssie

Folks,

I'd like to introduce something new at Gateway 2012 because of the awesome
3-D Ghost Stories and 7 Wonders sets we are getting. These sets will be in
some demand for players and I'd like to give people the opportunity to
reserve them with the stipulation that if they aren't 'occupied' by 15
minutes into the scheduled time, we'll let them go to the first person on a
waiting list. We'd book Ghost Stories for three hour periods and 7 Wonders
for two hour periods. I was going to put these events in (which will start
on Friday and run the hours when the library is open - Shane, Tim and I
decided to store them in the VIP area near the library) tomorrow unless
anyone has suggestions of how to do things otherwise that would really make
a difference. I feel like this is the easiest way to parcel out time and
we'll publicize it heavily. We'll let just one person pre-reg and I'll not
approve more than one time for each individual to book it. Hopefully groups
won't try to hold onto them too long by  having their group all book time.

Also, Kryssie - my e-mail with stories about this and the exclusive promo
for 7 Wonders that Antoine is bringing was bounced by the deptheads list so
hopefully it comes through in time (there was a pic attached). I guess I'll
just sent it to you on your own. Tanya - I'll send it to you, too, so you
can post it on the Special Events Page.
