I think Ed Murphy has been an RPG guy in the past, so I do notpersonallyknow him.  He hasn't volunteered for board games in the past year, so I have no way to vouch for him =/

You send me his or her name. They must have an account on the system and it needs to be someone you'd vouch for (the pre reg for volunteers is on the honor system -- if they've done a good job before we let them pre reg).
