[Deptheads] Strategicon - Registration

Hi
This is Renee (Art Director)

I would like to be able to pre-register for events.
My user name is reneeroseperry

Do I have to buy the badge and then get reimbursed?
Also, how does the artist go about getting their badge.

You send me his or her name. They must have an account on the system and it needs to be someone you'd vouch for (the pre reg for volunteers is on the honor system -- if they've done a good job before we let them pre reg).
