Questions involving the RPG sheets:
Do we fill these out after every game?
Or is this just the replacement for what I was turning in for payouts for the RPGA "winners"?
I don't understand what the "slot number" and "names" sheet represent? Is that if we run the game in multiple slots?
It doesn't look like it collects much demographic information on the participants: just badge ID and name.

Subject: [Deptheads] Demographics Sheets
Hi Everyone,
I've reviewed the discussion about this topic from just after Gateway. There was a lot of discussion of pros and cons, but not much in the form of actual questions.
I've tweaked some of the sheets to produce a more uniform look and hopefully help make the process easier for you, payouts and whomever ends up doing the annual awards. I only have real sheets from Monday of the con for RPGs, and a blank and the file merge template for boardgames, so bare with me on this.
The boardgame post-game sheet is basically what I'd expect the collectibles and video games sheets would look like, unless I'm given more information.
The RPG sheet is basically what I'd expect the LARP sheets to look like and possibly Miniatures, which brings me to an important question. For RPGs and Miniatures, it seems most events have no winners, but the few that do, need to be handled. How are we handling these events currently? And, this Orccon, we have a LARP tournament, how is that being handled? [I'm referring to our paperwork, not outside sponsorship.]
The one exception to the format would be a longer sign-up list for the LARPs. Would LARPs have alts? Would LARPs need the list to continue on the back?
So, what this comes down to...
Do you like the new formats?
Do you have any suggestions for questions to put on these sheets? Please be specific as to whether it's for all depts or which. Yes, no, or numeric answers are best, but I want to hear what inquiring minds would like to know?
I'm working on the sign-up sheets next. Do miniatures sign-up sheets have/need the description on them like RPGs?
Also, how does each dept generate the sign-up sheets? I appear to have the data for boardgames. Not sure about the rest of you. Just because you've mentioned it to me, doesn't mean I remember. I'm trying to make this a smooth modification.
There is also the possibility of a questionaire, and/or suggestions form to be available at each dept and registration. These are obviously voluntary, but we really should offer specific ways for people to comment on things. The Feedback Forum only works for those who are willing and able to attend. Again, what questions?
Tanya
