I get one more week of sun before fly back to the great white north east.....Vul-con this weekend in Phoenix.
I got a strategicon ad for Gamex in the Program book and will have Gamex flyers.
Marketing can contact me with anything they would like me to print out, hang as a flyer, as well as put on tables...so contact marketing with your special events and things you want promoted so they can coordinate it ,organize it, give it their stamp and send it to me.
By friday. Don't stress it if you have nothing planned yet. This is just an early chance to get early buzz about special events we have planned and features of our convention (like the wargames bootcamp, rock band, library, etc).
