[Deptheads] Staff Changes

One of the problems we face as staff is the tendency to overwork 
ourselves and get burned out.  Mike Fryer has done a tremendous job with 
RPGs, but decided he would like to actually play a game on occasion (go 
figure).

Finding someone who could replace Mike and not send RPGs into a tailspin 
was not a task we were looking forward to.  Fortunately Mike and Tracy 
came up with a great solution, Robyn Nixon.  Unbeknownst to them, Robyn 
had asked to be moved from Miniatures due to the amount of time that it 
required and that she couldn't do that and do a good job as the LA 
Regional Coordinator for the Pathfinder Society.  Taking over from Mike 
in RPGs is a natural fit for Robyn.  As I understand it Mike will be 
working thru Gateway with Robyn to make sure the change is an easy one.

Moving Robyn of course leaves a hole in Miniatures.  Frank Vassallo took 
has been working with Robyn on an interim basis since last September.  
Miniatures requires a lot of work and attention and really needs two 
people to run it.  So, Frank will become a more permanent member of 
staff and Mike James will be formally moving into Miniatures.  They both 
have been doing a lot to arrange and  organize games in Miniatures 
already, but Robyn will work with both of them to see that the 
transition is a smooth one.

So congratulations to all involved and on to Gamex.
