[Deptheads] Game Requests

Once the site is properly switched over from Orccon 2012 to Gamex 2012, I'd like to put up a little game request box which will include a dropdown list of every dept. Boardgames will require game name.  What fields will your dept need to make this request clear enough for a gm to volunteer to run it? Example, which depts would need edition as an option? as a requirement?

All requests will be sent to the appropriate dept and me (to be added to a list of requested games needing a GM).

Request box will be displayed on the home page and the events page.

The main list will have it's own page linked from the home and events page.

I may even display a list of recent requests on the home page.

I'd appreciate any comments and suggestions on this concept.
