[Deptheads] Game Requests

Sounds like a good idea. The Board Game department could use an edition
option, but it is so rare that it doesn't need to be a requirement. On
the other hand, we might need to know if expansions should be included
or not. I guess this is the Board Game equivalent of "edition," so an
"edition/expansion" field would be useful.
This sounds like it will create the TBD list for us, since these will be
game suggestions without GMs. I like it =)
Displaying the list is good and bad. On the plus side, it might
generate interest in the con if people see games suggested that they
want to play. However, someone may not suggest a game they already see
on the list. If people do not know what has already been suggested,
then we can gauge interest by how many people suggest the same game. I
think I come down on the side of not displaying the list, in the hopes
that people will suggest games they really want to play and we will be
able to generate events and tournaments based on multiple requests.

Boardgames will require game name. What fields will your dept need to make this request clear enough for a gm to volunteer to run it? Example, which depts would need edition as an option? as a requirement?
