[Deptheads] Game Requests

Perhaps the answer would be to combine game requests with a survey.  When a
person pre-registers on the website, we could ask them to select five games
he would most like to play in at the convention.  The list they're offered
could be compiled from game requests, or hand-entered.

We could also ask if the person would be interested in GM'ing a game, or
otherwise volunteering.  I know Board Games needs volunteers badly.
