This needs some explanation. I am unhappy with the state of publicity of Orccon -- we need the special guests and the special events. I am not unhappy with Marketing -- I'm unhappy we have nothing to post.

> o    Dealers food fund (Strategicon will no longer be paying for dealer’s food).
> o    Staff & dealer coffee pot in dealer’s room.
> o    John looking into badge holders to identify staff (different color).
> o    John rambled on about his role in Origins 1896.

> ·         Video Games (Chris Cummins)
> o    Jason sick unable to make meeting.
> o    Chris Cummins landing an aircraft during meeting.
> o    Things went well, pinball machine was a big hit.

> o    Dean will be absent the next two cons, small reorganization to fill in the gap.

> o    Admission rates will increase +$10 on full con badges, +$5 on Mon & Fri day badges.  This is posted.  The reason for this is the hotel doubled our rates.

> o    HMGS-PSW has new leadership.
> o    Tim & Eric A. to make one more attempt to contact Broadside Bash.  Deadline 10/31 for response.
> o    Discussed painting contest, making more formal entry forms and display case options.
