Lets not forget, offensive must include intent or it's just something someone doesnt like. For instance, if i knew there was going to be a church group next door to me my wardrobe would have been significantly different. That would have been intent.

That said, our published rules allow department heads to disallow someone from GMing for any reason, including attire and showering......
