In fairness, criticizing someone in a position of direct authority over you
is difficult for most people. Telling the guy who's running a game you're
playing in that you find his shirt offensive is ESPECIALLY tough,
especially if you think he might start ruling unfairly over it. So, in
cases like that, it's better to jump the chain of command - instead of
addressing the problem directly, address it to someone who has authority
over the alleged problem person. Which is being done.

My biggest question is why is this all being brought up after the con, and
not on the day that the incident occurs. He-Said-She-Said becomes far more
prevalent once the event is several days removed.

And while I somewhat agree with your point about everyone putting on their
big-boy undies, and simply coping with the problems we encounter, there
comes a point when something is too big of a problem to just "dummy up and
deal." We've got several complaints from several different people about the
same person over the same issue. At that point, I think it's worth
investigating and dealing with officially.

"Would you like another drink, sir?" asked the bartender.
"I think not," replied Descartes, and promptly vanished.
