Perhaps in our themeing, maybe focus on guests that would appeal to other departments, as well?  I KNOW!!!  CRAZY-TALK!  but hear me out....if we could get, say, Grant Wilson...he would appeal to a *very* broad spectrum of guests and could actually run stuff in ccg's and maybe even rpg's.  Steve Jackson could double, as well.  Maybe bring in the younger Gygax, if he's involved at all, and let him run stuff in RPGA's.  We need to think bigger--think creatively.  :)
