I would love to be the go-to person for special guests, however... 1) Downing will kill me if I take it on *in addition to* what I'm already doing; and 2) I don't know that I know enough people.  I mean, I'm not as old as Paiva, and haven't been in the industry as long.  

If I end up being the choice for it, then I need to pass off some other things I'm doing.

This is true. I'm afraid I need to step back from some of this (as well as some of my extra marketing hat duties) to focus on my game company and design work. I will still suggest when I can and facilitate some things beforehand (and I still have a number of irons in the fire that were already placed) but I'm trying to find you a good person to take it on for board games assuming Kryssie will do non-boardgame/celebrity folks. Is that last assessment fair?

Eric B. has said gateway 2012 was his last con getting guests and vips (and just doing the library and family stuff) so whomever steps into that role will now coordinate all the guests of honor (boardgames, non-boardgames, media guests, etc).
