Hey Shane!  We're excited to be running another big tournament at Gamex!

I heard that there is a hotel room discount available for people who are putting in hours running events at the con.  Are you the guy to ask about getting hooked up with that program?

At the last con, I brought a total of five staff (including myself), and we were working the entire time from Friday to Sunday.  We're basically running ten tables for three days straight -- I can figure out how many man-hours of event management we'll be providing, if you need it.

I'd like to bring the same amount of staff for this tournament, but my budget is a lot tighter and the hotel rooms are not cheap.  How does the hotel room discount work?
