[Deptheads] Minutes!

It would probably be helpful for leadership to develop a New Staff
one-pager with various information like this (rooms, badges, structure,
common deadlines, etc.).  Then when new staff cycle through you can just
hand it to them and not leave them wondering.  Right now we don't have any
continuity planning (visible to me), so it helps to start simple.
