[Deptheads] Gateway 2013 - Parking reimbursement procedure

Hi all,

    It has been discussed a few times, but has there been a decision made on parking reimbursement, and if so, what the procedure is for offering it?  (I have a great GM who is running a ton of stuff, but not staying in the hotel)
