[Deptheads] Strategicon - Department overlap

It's often unclear what department a game listed in the conbook is being
run in - yes, it's listed with an obscure abbreviation on the far right
column, but many congoers (and not a few volunteers) miss it. I've made up
a few handwritten sign-up sheets for Ascension, thinking we'd lost track of
it somehow, only to find the sign-up sheet in the CCG room, pretty as you
please. It might be smart to have some sort of visible delineation in the
conbook where one department's games end, and another's begin. A line, or
a change in shade? Just a suggestion.
