Running two sessions of Space Alert would not be a problem, if we can find the space =)

Without the NACC qualifier, I have nothing major planned.  Whenever we start to nail down times for the Vlaada's games, I will work around them.

Shane could confirm that but I'm thinking no more than six tables so they can hear the sound system (yes, we need a sound system, Nick or someone). I guess it could be bigger but it's quick so I'd rather keep it to this kind of size and then run two sessions or more. Shane - what do you think?
 
2. You and Lana should talk to Norm Carlson.  Anything you guys set up you should keep him in the loop (he is going to be coordinating the special guests in 2014, so Gateway will be a transition con).  He also has some events for Vlaada as well and we need to be sure things are don't conflict.  Ideally you should include him on the email threads and introduce him to Vlaada.

Yes, I'd like to go back to the theater or 105 for this one, as I think it'll be a big deal and we'll get an audience. I'd like to do it at 7pm on Friday night to kind of 'introduce' Vlaada to the convention (and they always interview best when they are 'fresh').
 
If possible I would like to lock some of these events down early so we can reserve the space.
