[Deptheads] Strategicon - Room Allotment

Allan actually won't be able to make it to this con due to a new job that
has him scheduled on weekends, which is why he's not signed up to run
anything this time. I may only attend the con for 1 or 2 days depending on
if/when I'm needed for events/tours. I'll discuss it with Kryssie so we
can get it sorted out soon.
