Hi All,

Based on the Payout data + additional info emailed to me, here is the progress on the paperwork.

		# Events in system
/# Events in sheet	#Winners data	#w no winners/yes paperwork	#no paperwork	% with no data
BGs 427/429 253 77 99 23%
CCGs	84/19 35 0 5 13%
LARPs	8/0 0 0 0 100%
Minis 49/8 7 0 1 13%
RPGs	113/7 0 0 7 100%
RPGAs	31/9 8 0 1 11%
VGs 19/20 4 0 16 80%
Paint 13 11 0 2 15%
Costume	1 0 0 1 100%

Notice the "no paperwork" column. Ken, is there a way you could print out at least once a day (more often as requested) the events with no paperwork at that point.

GMs need to be accountable. We need to figure out a way for each department to track the paperwork, and get the point across that incomplete paperwork is grounds for no badge reimbursement.

Also, Ken, on a related note, can you have a column on the spreadsheet that you can just x when the signup sheet for an event crosses your path with or without a winners sheet. Or, if you are willing a head count number from the sheet, with 0 being blank sheet and blank field being no sheet.

While the Payout Crew's primary task is processing and paying out tournaments, they also enter certain data for non-paying events.

Everyone, it doesn't matter what the event is, a signup sheet should be submitted to payouts, this includes demos, RPGs, LARPs, etc.
Also, there should be a sheet with the winners names and numbers, or why no winners. Why, you ask, because, we want to know things like which events did and didn't run and why. Things like demos, rpgs and larps should just note somewhere (and make sure the payouts crew is aware of where) that the event ran or not.

Examples of why not:
DNR - No players
DNR - Not enough players
DNR - No GM
Ran - no winners

Now, all this being said, some of this paperwork probably exists and just hasn't come to my attention for one reason or another, and being as I wasn't at Orccon, it's even harder to tell.

Thanks for all the help in getting this far.

Tanya
