[Deptheads] Parking Warning

I will need to let the LARP GMs know the plan as well as they schlep large
amounts of props during times that are not peak for dealer room.

Surely we are not the only guests of the hotel to encounter this
difficulty.  What is the hotel's solution to event loading/unloading?
 Should they use the front drive loop instead (where valet is usually
set-up).
