[Deptheads] More on the meeting

Staff, Supervisors, Convention support.
Anyone assigned space at Orccon should show up to view their space so they can draw up floor plans and arrange it (table sizes, number of tables, etc).

Ryan--you definitely should attend. It is important you are familiar with your space since you coordinate live-action events and need to pass on room layouts, sizes, elevator access etc. to your gms so they can notify their quartermasters and npcs.
