[Deptheads] Admin approval page request

Something's been nagging at me for ages, and I could never figure out what
it was. I just figured it out today, and feel dumb for not having noticed
it before.

Can we please have a Date/Time column listed on the Event Approvals List
page? I'd like to be able to have a general idea of times for submitted
items without having to go into each and every listing.
