[Deptheads] Minutes from the 1-12 meeting

Is John Wick a special guest? Had someone reached out to him about events?
In the past he's run a LARP so I want to make sure I budget space
accordingly. Someone's already running his LARP game on Saturday night so
we should coordinate.
