[Deptheads] Hotel issue on FB

Yeah, and Jason, of all people, should know better. He could have called me directly and gotten immediate attention (I've known him now for 20+ years) too.

One thing is for certain, we'll need to monitor the hotel this coming con. This stuff can't keep happening.
