[Deptheads] Improvements to Event Searching

Hi All,

A lot of the attendee requests have been for more options on the Events page. I have one under development. There is only one feature on it that I still need to implement and that is the wide format layout. Please check it out, including the new feature that requires you logging in (assuming you have ever prereged for something in the past). I need to know if things work, and if anyone can think of a feature that isn't there.

The only thing that may go wonky in the next few days is the layout of the results. Please make sure that your search appears to return the correct results. This is a very important set of changes, because the next step is to merge this page with the event pre-reg page.
