That's because we don't use the profile since we're an organization (and doing so violates FB TOS).  I'll look into the feedback and try to respond.

Maybe if you guys passed out a GM rating card to all players to turn in after a game to the sign up area. Maybe then you can find and asses trouble GMs and improve the overall quality of the con. Hell you could even share some of the info with the GM so they'll know how to improve.
