[Deptheads] Gamex 2015

I have been thinking about new (or additional) bases for a while. My intention would be to leave the bases on the tables and swap out flags, but that's a discussion for a later time. 

As far as base design goes, I think Kens machine would leave us in the same pickle of needing ballast. Using bases like mine would work and I was considering talking to one of our vendors to laser up something to fit on top that says Strategicon and any other info we need. They would look nice and be somewhat resilient. 

Just throwing it out there. I welcome all feedback.
