[Deptheads] 2015 Gamex

[Strategicon Department Heads]

That would be nice. I have one single event that has a payout and they had
to move the end time to an earlier slot because of the payouts situation. A
carry over to the next con would be nice as long as it doesn't turn into a
huge pain in the ass for payouts.
