[Deptheads] Gamex 2015 Event Paperwork :)

Good question.

IMO, if SJGames or other sponsor will provide us with some basic info,
that's roughly what I care about.   How many participants, how long, and
who are any winners.  The Participants & hours help us plan space/times and
the winners can make it into the conbook.

Other opinions?
