Once the switch to Wordpress is made you can assign rights to pages, so different people can edit different pages.

We also have been needing space to upload videos and pictures of events at our conventions so we can market our "convention feel" through the internet. it can't be links to facebook or anything like that, but imbedded in OUR server so we have control and can keep stuff up or take it down in case we need to.
