[Deptheads] Fw: Modification to the EVENT schedule

First off I mentioned the gender identity as an example. More to the point
a better understanding of who your players are gives you better tools to
provide a better story. Especially since the large majority of rpg players
know each other and play in each others games frequently. To be perfect
honest I don't care either way, but it is a GM request that has been issued
over several departments and unless we can find a very good reason to deny
this level of transparency we should consider it.
