To quote from July 2015:
-----
Our bugzilla install is designed to be run with a secure connection. We don't have one (yet). So, when you access the page your browser tries via https and then warns you it's not secure. There should be a way to continue. Some are more obvious than others. I know with Chrome you have to go to Advanced to get the link to go anyway.
The point is don't panic, don't give up, and don't use a password that you use elsewhere. You may want to even use a different password to your Strategicon password. On the bright side, after the first time you access the site, it probably won't bother asking you again (from that browser) if you really want to go there.
-----
It’s a known issue that we may or may not be able to fix any time soon. Don’t enter personal info and use a unique password. We’re not dealing with credit cards, ssns, or medical info, so it’s not an urgent problem.
