Strategicon Department Heads

I’m not a department head, but for some clarification I have added another sentence to the tournaments info in the tooltips. Has anyone noticed the tooltips? :)
Also, I will be putting Small, Big, and Mega settings and Special under admin/dept head control only.
I can add “(Approval Required)" to the tournament option. It’s not like all events don’t require some approval, so the added notice will be a heads up that it might not stay.

The decision of whether a game is a tournament is usually mine alone, except if a game is sponsored (which is now a tournament sub-type) Does anyone else have a similar system?

I often have to explain that just because a GM wants a game to have a payout, it doesn't get one. Because GMs see the list on the event submission page, they get the impression they can decide whether there is a payout or not.
