I do not know if the other departments need the same kind of lead time I do to put together a schedule and room list (which is the biggest problem I have with the later deadline)  I assume everyone else is okay with the later deadline, since I seem to be the only one complaining about it.  (Admittedly, this is an assumption and I could be totally wrong, but I am pretty confident no one else minds the later deadline)  If it is a serious issue, I can go back to the same deadline as everyone else, but I will hate everyone for the 24 hours before and after it, especially everyone on this list =)

August 11th is the deadline for everyone else, so the e-mail is mostly correct.  And the deadline for Boardgames is listed on the "Run an Event" page, but has not been incorporated into other locations (working on it, it got moved recently).  Which e-mail is it?  I did not receive it so I am not sure what you are referring to.
