[Deptheads] Fw: Re: Gateway 2017 Deadline

Departments can have their own internal deadlines, and we should list them on the web site. However, the deadline to get stuff ready so it can be pre-reg'd for is as stated -- how people handle it is up to them. 

Many departments are first-come, first-served as far as running games are concerned, and I don't see this changing for this show (especially given the circumstances surrounding this con). This actually helps solve the problem somewhat as people will learn to get their events in earlier. We see this in RPGs already -- prime time slots fill up fast.
