[Deptheads] Volunteers needing hotel room rate

Hi,

I’m not sure it was clear, but anyone who wants access to the hotel booking link needs a Strategicon account as well as a badge. It would be easier for all if the account existed before you create their badge. The badge gets linked to their account using the email associated with the account when you create the badge.
