I can hope some of this will happen for Orccon. I want to see it all by Gamex.

First a request from the Payouts Crew. They have requested that events be color coded by type. If everyone could use a color other than white for their tournament sheets, that would be a good start. Pastels work best. As for RPGs, looking at your sheets, I’m not sure what to tell you. :)


All departments except Board Games and Collectibles

Since I’m not getting obvious or consistent info about whether an event runs or not (with a why not), and who plays vs who signs up. Please look to Board Games and Collectibles for examples of formats that work. I realize that Miniatures and RPGs focus on the Game System over the Title, so make that the big bold field, but please keep the title at the top. For this con, if possible, try using or adapting your payout sheet.

If you can modify your sheets for this con, please add total participants, actual running time, and a DNR box to ALL sheets. If not, please do so for Gamex.

Party Games, you must have winners; we want to know who. Even Co-op and Team games have winners. We want to know which team won, or if it was a Co-op did the players or the game win. The paperwork should also show who was on what team.

LARPs, please add a participant count, actual running time, and DNR box to your current format. I’d use some of the space from notes, and put the bold note at the bottom of the page.
