In truth, what color(s) you use is up to you, but we do want consistency within the department.  If you use a signup sheet, attach (read as "staple") it to the final sheet, payout or no.

If you have payouts, please differentiate colors between those and the non-pays.
If you have no payouts or no winners, make sure to include info on # of total players and time taken.
Badge checks for winners are crucial as we run the badge numbers against Registration's information.  We know if a badge is real or not, and who it was assigned to.  If it ain't real, we be confused and will hunt down the offenders.

And people talk of the wrath of Ken.... I call it quiet aggression... and yes, I DO hunt people down to get what I need...
