[Deptheads] Color Coding Payout Sheets

Standardizing across departments is fine as long as everyone uses the colors I have in stock. =)
Seriously, I usually go by what I have available, with white for events. I can see if I have enough blue, green, and pink to follow the color suggestions.  Going forward with this idea will be easier if we standardize the colors ahead of time.
