[Deptheads] Event Paperwork on Monday of Con

Before I forget to mention it.

ALL EVENT PAPERWORK NEEDS TO GET TO ME!

Once Payouts is shut down, your options get severely limited.
1. Bring paperwork to Collectibles and put it in the Event Paperwork folder. If you can’t find it, ask for it. (I will make sure it exists as long as I’m still there.)
2. If the Paperwork folder is gone, then it’s likely so am I. Your last options are find Victor, or take it home and get the data to me (scan is best, emailed text, or *gasp* snail mail it to me) and bring originals back the next con.

This means no event paperwork should end up in our storage unless I had it put there. I can’t enter winners without paperwork.

If I’ve ask you for Orccon 2018 paperwork, we have less than two weeks to find it and get the info to me. If you don’t have it and are sure it’s in storage, I need to know ASAP. I’m not looking forward to trying to get paperwork out of bins in our storage.
