[Deptheads] Possible small bug with Event Submission Form

Clicking the Special Event box also appears to have no effect and isn’t permanent.

Thank you for telling us. It seems I forgot to test Private when testing everything else.
I’m hoping I’ll be more aware when I no longer have two kids in the house all day.

Private bug should now be fixed in Edit Event.
