[Deptheads] Feedback on Events Form

Tara,

Started working on #5 for GMs.
On the event Pre-reg page, under "This User Account is GM for these Events” the list in [ ] is the players pre-regged for the event. I will work on making this a requested field later (i.e. like descriptions, you select to display).

Now, do I need to make it so the GM emails all, or can email individuals? If you need both, which is more important?

A note for all, this feature has been implemented for all GMs.
