[Deptheads] Updated Volunteer Schedule

[Strategicon Department Heads]

The only spot I really need to fill is the Sunday at 2pm one. That's right
in the middle of painting contest judging. Saturday and Sunday 6-8pm would
also be greatly appreciated.
