[Deptheads] Updated Volunteer Schedule

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Absolute must haves are 7 to 7:30 pm Saturday and Sunday. I have to get myself and the kids dinner. Can’t get before 7pm and I have to be back to pack up the area by 8 and have the one game I’m not running to go to at 8pm on Saturday, and I have to make Eric’s dinner on Sunday.

Would be wise to have the hours that I’m running events covered. These are the hours you don’t have covered yet
Saturday: 10am to Noon
Sunday 10am to 11am, and 6pm to 7pm

Would like to have Sunday 5pm to 6pm, so I can safely watch James and Keith play Fuzzy Heroes with Vic.
